STRESS MANAGEMENT: A GATEWAY TO MENTAL PEACE

Sir Lou Holtz once said that it is not the load that breaks you down, its the way you carry it and in my opinion, its very much applicable to everyone's life. In this fast paced life , stress is something very normal. However, it is still up to us to prevent our self from any stressful situation. Any situation in our life can be tackled no matter how fierce it may be by our perseverance. It is not the situation that wear us down but the approach towards it. If we see the situation positively, it reduces stress and gives us the strength to solve it. One must remember, the longer one holds a negative thought in his mind, more stressful it becomes. Hence it is advisable to remain positive for the sake of peace of mind. Our mind is like a garden and we are the gatekeeper. It depends on us which thought enters our mind so allowing positive thought is a key to our mental peace and radiant living.
